DELIVERY TIMES

Place your order by December 19th, 11:00 CET to ensure delivery before Christmas.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM (CET) will be processed on the following business day. Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be handled the same day, subject to product availability and payment confirmation. Please note that processing times may vary in the event of unforeseen circumstances or exceptional situations.

Customers purchasing from a country served as DDP will incur relevant import duty and tax. These costs are included in the final purchase price.

Countries served as DDP: AUSTRALIA, CANADA, CHINA, JAPAN, SOUTH KOREA, UK, USA & SWITZERLAND

Please note that for all the countries not mentioned above, customers are responsible of any duty and tax fees. This amount is to be corresponded to the carrier, according to the process recommended by the carrier itself.

Please also note that in case that, for any reason, customer refuses the delivery of the parcel, shipping costs and import duty fees related to the automatic return of the parcel to the sender will be charged to the customer.
This amount will be deducted from the total amount of the refund due.

SHIPPING COSTS

ANN DEMEULEMEESTER shipping costs according to geographic area are listed below, the free shipping is guaranteed exclusively if the shipping threshold is exceeded with one or more full-priced products:

Available Items:

Items that are already available will be dispatched in 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) following order completion.
During sales or special promotions, processing times may be longer. We remind first-time Clients that ANNDEMEULEMEESTER.COM can request the Bank or PayPal to double check the transaction and the account information. This verification process will delay immediate shipping.

Pre-order items

A pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not yet available for sale, but will be soon. Pre-order items are shipped upon the arrival of the products in the warehouse within the time that is stated on the item’s purchase page. In case the merchandise in pre-order fails in delivery, ANNDEMEULEMEESTER.COM will promptly inform and refund customers. ANNDEMEULEMEESTER.COM will not be held responsible for a delay in shipment caused by circumstances beyond the control of ANNDEMEULEMEESTER.COM that cause pre-ordered products to arrive at the warehouse later than the time specified on the product’s purchase page. In pre-order purchases credit cards are debited at the moment the order is placed.

Regarding order with available items and pre-orderable items, shipment will happen in 2 different phases:

Available merchandise will be shipped with standard shipping methods and
Pre-orderable items will be shipped right after items are available in stock.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

Customers receive an email from DHL providing the tracking number (AWB) relating to the order.
To monitor the status of an order, please visit the official DHL website http://www.dhl.com/en.html and insert the tracking number sent via e-mail in the “Track Your Shipment” area.

Successful Shipment Delivery

Upon delivery of every order, Clients are asked to inspect the box carefully before signing for the delivery.

If for any reason the box looks tampered with, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. In the event that the box has been signed for by an unknown party or there is evidence that the package has been tampered with, contact ANNDEMEULEMEESTER.COM at customer-care@anndemeulemeester.com, we will open a claim with DHL asking for further investigation.

When there is a reception desk or doorperson present at the address, the courier is authorized to deliver the package to the on-duty personnel.

Any claim regarding damages, missing merchandise and/or delivery to the wrong address, must be received by ANNDEMEULEMEESTER.COM within 10 days from the order’s delivery date on the carrier’s website, otherwise the claim will not be accepted.

If the package is not successfully delivered to the Customer’s address due to a lack of cooperation from the Customer (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations) as per the ANNDEMEULEMEESTER.COM commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to Italy at the Client’s expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Italy. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.

PERFUMES SHIPMENTS

Perfumes are deemed “dangerous goods” and are subject to the IATA regulations for air transport. Perfumes will be shipped with specific packaging boxes and seals and cannot exceed 150 ml.

Please note that perfumes can only be shipped in the following countries:

Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portogallo, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States of America, Vatican City.

When an order includes a perfume as well as other clothing merchandise, perfumes will be processed separately from the rest of the order.
