Prices & Currency

Prices shown and final invoices will be in Euro (EUR) for all the shipping countries except for the following countries: AUSTRALIA, CANADA, CHINA, HONG KONG, JAPAN, SOUTH KOREA, UK and USA. For these latest countries, the currencies used will be respectively the local ones.
To allow customers understand the Euro prices accuracy in their own currency, ANNDEMEULEMEESTER.COM shows also the prices in several currencies, which are to be intended as merely indicative.
The final amount on credit cards may vary based on the fluctuations of currency and of the bank commissions. ANNDEMEULEMEESTER.COM kindly suggests customers to contact their bank and be advised about the value of the prices’ conversion and about the bank commissions related to the transaction.
Credit cards will be charged in Euro (EUR) or the local currency and the final price will be calculated and charged by applying the exchange rate specific of the day of the transaction.

From time to time, prices are subject to change in response to currency exchange rate changes, markdowns and other commercial factors. The price applicable to your order will be the price current at the time your order is accepted.

Customers purchasing from a country served as DDP will incur relevant import duty and tax. These costs are included in the final purchase price.

Customers purchasing from a country served as DDU will be charged for the items purchased and shipping costs only. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from DHL or an import broker appointed by you. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.

Credit Card Charges

If there are sufficient funds and the account information is valid, the transaction will be processed instantly. At the moment the order is confirmed, the Credit Card will be charged for available items.

Paypal

ANNDEMEULEMEESTER.COM accepts payments from PayPal Accounts and reserves the right to process orders only if shipped to the same address that the verified PayPal account is registered with.

Pre-Order Payment

On ANNDEMEULEMEESTER.COM you can Pre-Order items that have an expected shipment date in the coming months.

The expected shipment date indicated is the confirmed date given to ANNDEMEULEMEESTER.COM by the supplier.

If using a Credit Card or PayPal, the full price will be deducted the same day in which the order is placed.

ANNDEMEULEMEESTER.COM is not responsible for changes to the delivery date, cancellations or modifications of Pre-Order items caused by supplier production changes.
If a Pre-Order item can no longer be sold, the amount payed will be refunded using the original payment method.

Pre-Order items will be shipped as soon as they are available.

FOR PRE-ORDERS, THE COUNTRY ENTERED IN THE DELIVERY ADDRESS CANNOT BE CHANGED FOR ANY REASON.

Order Status

It is possible to check the status of your order online by going to your area in your account.
Once an order is placed for available items, no changes can be made to that order.
Orders placed separately will be shipped separately.
